What is Research Methodology?

 Research Methodology
The system of collecting data for research projects is known as research methodology. The data may be collected for either theoretical or practical research for example management research may be strategically conceptualized along with operational planning methods and change management.

Some important factors in research methodology include validity of research data, Ethics and the reliability of measures most of your work is finished by the time you finish the analysis of your data.

Formulating of research questions along with sampling weather probable or non probable is followed by measurement that includes surveys and scaling. This is followed by research design, which may be either experimental or quasi-experimental. The last two stages are data analysis and finally writing the research paper, which is organised carefully into graphs and tables so that only important relevant data is shown.

HIDE DATA FOLDER IN MOBILE WITHOUT ANY SOFTWARE

JUST FOLLOW SIMPLE STEPS
1. Create any new folder or you can use any existing folder that is to be hidden.
2. Rename the folder to any name but with the extension of .jad like if I want to hide my images folder then I will name it as IMG.jad
3. Now create a new folder with the same name in the same directory but with the extension of .jar So, I would create the folder with the name IMG.jar
4. And thats it!! My orignal images folder which has been renamed with .jad gets hidden and only folder with.jar extension is visible which is empty.So,my data is protected/hidden from unwanted eyes.

Note :This trick can be used for any JAVA phone from Nokia,Samsung,Motorola,LG or any other company.
To unhide the orignal folder you have to remove the .jar extension from the new folder and your orignal folder with all the files and with .jad will become visible.

NOKIA CODES
There are some useful secret codes for Nokia S60 phones to get system information. Some may be known to you some may be not.
1. *#0000# - Display the software version, the date whenthe software was built and the phone model. In some cases, the phone model is not the one usedby marketing. It is the internal model used inside Nokia. For example, RM-36 is the internal name of Nokia 6680.
2. *#06# - Display IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identify) of your phone.
3. *#2820# (*#BTA0#) - Display the Bluetooth device address of your phone.
4. *#62209526# (*#MAC0WLAN) - Display the MAC address of the WLAN adapter. This is available only in the newer devices that support WLAN
5. *#7370# (*#RES0#)- Reset your phone to the default factory settings. Usually you will need this code when you want to reset your phone back to thesame condition when you got it for the first time. When the phone ask for security code, thedefault one is12345.
Warning: Before you do reset the phone, make sure that you don't have important data. Your data on the phone memory will be lost once you reset it.

Assessing Blood Pressure

1. Check physician’s order or nursing care plan for frequency of blood pressure measurement. More frequent measurement may be appropriate based on nursing judgment.

 2. Identify the patient.

 3. Explain the procedure to the patient.

4. Perform hand hygiene and put on gloves if appropriate or indicated.

5. Close curtains around bed and close door to room if possible.

6. Select the appropriate arm for application of cuff.

7. Have the patient assume a comfortable lying or sitting position with the forearm supported at the level of the heart and the palm of the hand upward.

Striking university teachers of Sri Lanka to hold more discussions with government

The trade union of the striking university academics of Sri Lanka, Federation of University Teachers Association (FUTA) is to engage in further discussions with government officials to find a solution to their struggle.
Deputy Chairman of the FUTA Venerable Dambara Amila Thero says that the Minister of Economic Development Basil Rajapaksa has extended an official invitation to the Association to discuss their demands.
The discussion between FUTA representatives and the Minister will be held Saturday, the Thero said.
According to FUTA, another discussion has been scheduled on Monday (08) with Treasury Secretary Dr. P.B. Jayasundara.

Striking university teachers of Sri Lanka agree to step back

 Oct 01,Colombo: As their prolonged strike is dragging in to the fourth month this week, the union of Sri Lanka's striking university teachers, Federation of University Teachers' Associations (FUTA) has expressed willingness to step back from their unyielding demands.
As the union is facing criticism from several segments of the public including the parents and students affected by the strike for failing to reach a resolution with authorities due to their unwavering stance, FUTA secretary Terrence Madujith said that the university teachers were ready to compromise the demand of government allocating 6 percent of GDP for education.

Ruhuna University medical faculty teachers withdraw from strike.

The Ruhunu University Medical Faculty lecturers have withdrawn from the strike the FUTA has currently launched.Vice Chancellor Professor Susirith Mendis said that the Medical Faculty Lecturers had informed him about this.
The Professor also said that accordingly from yesterday  they came together for  educational activities of the  medical faculty.
The Vice Chancellor also said that action would be taken to pay the medical faculty lecturers the arrears for the three months in which they were engaged in the strike as promised by Higher Education Minister S. B. Dissanayake.
FUTA says that several sections have by now requested for opportunity to intervene to solve the University teachers' problems.FUTA chairman Dr. Nirmaal Ranjith Dewasiri told our news team that by now former Vice Chancellors and Sri Lanka Academicians Association have intervened in this matter.
Meanwhile Colombo University Professor Kshanikaa Hirimbureygama said that the faculties of her university were by now in the process of recommencing.
